This training plan gives you day-by-day instructions for running, mobility, and strength work. The running training includes easy days, total weekly volume, long runs, and workouts.

This plan is meant for runners who want to work up to running 30 miles per week over the winter. The plan starts in the beginning of December with approximately 15 miles per week, and builds up to 30 miles per week in a deliberate and healthy manner.

All off-season high school plans start in early December so athletes can take sufficient time off in the month of November after the completion of the XC season.
