Indoor Track Dates:
Saturday, Dec 13th from 12-1pm

Wednesday, Jan. 28th from 8-9pm

These 1 hr sessions will take place on the U of M Indoor Track. Maggie will be present to facilitate workouts and coach. The session are a great way to be able to do faster workouts during the winter when outdoor running can provide challenges, and also a really FUN way to connect with other high school athletes and be a part of a training group.
