Nordic + Running Plan

This plan is intended for athletes who are skiing nordic this winter but want to continue to run during this time. Or, athletes who are skiing nordic but whose primary goals are in running and therefore they want to continue to prioritize running during the nordic season.

The plan includes 3 days of running/week, which can be done in addition to skiing. Additionally, the plan includes plyometrics, which are beneficial for running and skiing overall and especially during times of reduced running in order to help prevent injury when athletes return to full-time running in the spring.
